RecommendedIt is a well maintained park with a lot of great people living in it. We have a really lovely green belt to be enjoyed year round and are nestled up against the foot hills. It is resident owned so the property cannot be sold out from underneath you like in other parks. It is very competitively priced, you will not find a better deal in all of the Bay Area.

The real estate agent that sold me my mobile home told me I wouldn't have to pay property taxes if I bought a home without a garage. A year later I get a huge property tax bill from the association not the tax assessors office. I was lied to.
