Initially favorable experience, but approximately 6 weeks out the treatment failed. One member of the office staff was overly unprofessional towards me, and scheduling a re-treatment procedure was limited to an extremely narrow window, multiple weeks in advance. I contacted the surgeon and the business refunded my payment but I had to have the tooth extracted due to severe pain and I could not wait 4 weeks to have a re-treatment. This review is long overdue. I saw Dr. Selden a few years back. First, I had a root canal with a local general dentist in The Woodlands who used to be in practice here. He had assured me he was qualified to do the procedure after telling me that there were no appointments at the local endodontists' offices and I was traveling outside the country in 5 days. Wow. Best root canal experience of my life. Dr. Selden is not only an experienced professional, but very kind. He has a warm personality that makes you feel comfortable. The procedure was literally pain free. No lie. I was anxious for no reason. I will refer everyone I know to Dr. Selden's office. Thank you!!!!

I was experiencing excruciating pain but could not tell which tooth it was coming from. Dr Mize methodically had me continue to come in for several days and retested several teeth until it became crystal clear exactly where the pain was coming from. He did not want to do a root canal on the wrong tooth. The root canal went smooth, fast and ended my pain and I’m very grateful for everything he did!
