If I could give zero stars for front office service, I would. My daughter was referred here by our dentist, and I spent a full week trying to get a simple estimate. Lourdes was polite and helpful every time I called—but Sailor was the opposite: dismissive, disorganized, and unprofessional. First time I've ever had a root canal and it went smooth and painless. Very professional and friendly! Would definitely recommend this place. Dr. Gomez walked me through the process before she proceeded with the root canal and all went as planned!
