I cannot recommend this place. If ZERO was an option for a review, it would go here. This place lost my x-ray disc, has not completed my FMLA paperwork for over a week, and did not have anyone contact me to schedule my pre-appointment follow-up x-ray. The front office is poorly organized and managed. The front office staff is completely atrocious with their customer care, whether on the phone or in person. I saw Dr. Kobza and was very disappointed. When he came into the exam room he didn't introduce himself or greet me or my husband, he just started talking. Didn't seem concerned at all about how I was feeling with my injury. He constantly was cursing (inappropriate language) throughout the entire visit which was very unprofessional. I will not be returning.
