This place is a joke. They don't take their patients seriously and just milk your insurance company. Then they lie to you. I explained my situation during my appeal and the director laughed at me on the phone. I have several ongoing medical issues and they complained about rescheduled appointments from me being in the hospital, yet most of my 9am appointments, my therapist didn't even enter the building til 9:15. Steer clear of this place.
