When we first moved in, they switched management a week after we moved in, you pay extra for pest control, but you still have to spray your own bug spray because the bugs are horrible. The ceiling broke through on multiple occasions due to the apartment upstairs having super bad leaks and even water came through the wall on to the floor. Mi experiencia no fue buena, pues los servicios son deficientes pues la gerencia no es permanente en el lugar pues tiene que atender otra propiedad…( Sylvia la asistente es la única que está pendiente de todo, pero ella nada puede hacer si la gerencia no da el visto bueno) Mi familia y yo duramos más de 2 meses sin A/C en el apartamento ya que el encargado de mantenimiento también tenía que ir a otra propiedad que ellos administran…para lograr la atención y que arreglen el A/C tuve que enviar un correo a la oficina principal... read more
My apartment had so many dead roaches in it when I moved in, I had to clean it up before moving in, and you can never get any on the phone from the office, which is sad by the way.
This complex gets a 5 star rating...met Bill who came by to take care of a leaking fridge and frozen garbage disposal and a clogged drain...he did an excellent job and went out of his way to make sure everything worked perfectly...thx Bill
It's sad that residents have to post on here in hopes of getting a response from management....They're never in office..Maintenance requests haven't been answered in over a month....what's going on?
