I had a awful experience there. Had a water leak, water bill for 100.00 they would not pay. The big roaches, spiders in the guest bedroom coming from the brush outside. The noise, people fig. hting, smell of drugs smoking outside. The leak in the master bedroom took them a month to fix. Maintenance man sprayed white sawdust on my bed spread in the room was full of it. Then when you complain about things they get upset with you. Whatever you do. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Have been staying here and can’t wait until my lease is up. Roach infestation is bad here, the roaches have started catching a ride through my baby’s diaper bag and started appearing in my new car. The amenities you pay for are always closed and not working, they pretend to care about your concerns but don’t actually care.
