Extremely disappointed and concerned that the Woodlands is in business. Unprofessional and very understaffed. I can only assume this is acceptable only because it's in Youngstown. I do not recommend.
I had my father at Woodland Hampton's in skilled and Rehab. I was very disappointed in the place. My father was a dialysis patient and was on a renal diet. We had to keep telling the nurses what he couldn't eat even though the Dialysis Center sent them orders for it. When my dad fell on a Sat. --come Monday We had a meeting with rehab and staff and they didn't even know he fell. We had to keep telling staff that my mother was not the contact person because she had passed 3 years ago and they still had her name on his papers ... read more
