After living here for several months, I have come to the conclusion that the office team Lisa and Ruben really care about their jobs and the people that live here. Since living here we have run into a handful of problems and they are taken care of within a timely manner. Matt is also helpful and is willing to help people out when he can. Whenever ypu walk into the office you are greated with a warm smile from everyone. Between Lisa, Ruben and Matt they are slowly turning this place around and fixing it up which is very nice.... read more
HORRIBLE APARTMENTS!!!!! THEY LIED ABOUT APPLIACES THE OUTLETS DO NOT WORK FOR NEWER APPLIANCE LIKE WASHER AND DRYER ( THEN THEY EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR HALF OF THE COST TO GET CURRENT OUTLETS TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR WASHER AND DRYER), YOU HAVE GAS STOVES THAT LEAK GAS AND WHEN REPORTED THEY WILL TAKE YOUR CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTER OUT AND TELL YOU THEY WILL HAVE ANOTHER ONE IN 2 WEEKS (UNTILL YOU CALL THE FIRE DEPARTMENT AND HAVE THEM GET YOU ONE RIGHT AWAY BECAUSE IT IS THE LAW)YOUR CEILING WILL COLLAPSE WITH WATER FROM THE UPSTA... read more
Good afternoon, I would like to give a 5 star to the Property Manager her name is Lisa , I called and went to the property to obtain more information she was very professional and very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all my questions I had.
Highly recommend the maintenance tech, Sunny! She does everything so perfect each time she comes over with a problem I’m having. Very quick and efficient. Love living here at the woodlands apartments!
