I have been looking for an apartment for me and my toddler and soon to be soon little brother. There were a few places that were okay but the office people were not so kind. When me and my daughter stepped foot into Woodland apartments Sunny treated us with up most respect and kindness. Sunny has helped me get everything together from start to almost finish. No response from any number I have called. Kelsey said check clwould be mailed be the 3rd it is now the 18th. Scamming people and tenents. How can you charge 1700-2000 a month for apartments but can't pay your bills on time.... Fort Collins Colorado Woodland Apartments. Company will not answer email or calls You are late with late fee applied every third day payment is not made You charge 1700-2000 a month for apartments. And can't pay your invoices. Manager Kelsey said payment would be here by the third. Company Robert maintenance agreed to paying after each visit. Not yet 30 or 60. If someone that was living there was over 30 days late on rent they would have late fees and or eviction notice. I had to be the one to reach out to get information that they said they would get back to me. It's already took them a whole month and I am still waiting as I write this to hear back from them. Which is a terrible first impression! It says a lot about their services, management, and new corporation. What kind of response would I get if I really needed their help? None?
