I lived here for several years, maintenance is responsive and effective. I had no major issues and work orders were taken care of quickly. They keep these apartments in great condition. Management is also friendly and worked with me whenever something came up, I havnt had any additional costs leaving so far. I love the area and the nearby waterways, I biked around the back roads and didn't have any issues with busy traffic aside from crossing 68. It's a nice and quiet place where the neighbors are friendly, a small creek nearby, and the landlord is an actual human being who does what she can to help you out. I can't ask for too much more outside of that 👍🏾
Not a fan
The new property manager is really turning this place around. Including keeping the nuisance duck population to a minimum which is a very good thing. This location does allow pets.
