Been here over a year and 0 complaints from me! The people working the office and the maintenance guys are always on top of things! Very quiet and safe! love it!
I’ve only lived here at the Woodlands for a few months but the apartment complex is one of the best I’ve stayed at. The grounds are always clean and the office staff is super helpful. Definitely one of the best apartment communities Wichita Falls has to offer.

After my recent move to Texas I began searching for an apartment. The Woodlands was the first one of many I visited & the one I came back to. The Staff Peppre & Cody are so friendly & helpful I felt as if I were home. I love living here & recommend it to anyone!
The Woodlands is a great apartment community. The staff is friendly and helpful and the property is well maintained but still makes you feel at home. Problems are few and far between and always quickly resolved.

I love living at the Woodlands. The apartments are in a safe area and are very well maintained! The woodlands has a beautiful pool area & is managed by some very amazing people! I'm so happy that I chose to live here at the woodlands! 😍
