I've been here for a few months now and very appreciative of various services and appliances. the sidewalks during the snowy weather were always well salted. Any maintenence concerns i had were handled in a timely manner. the heater and air conditioning unit works well to heat or cool my place and conserved energy. it is a bit loud but you get used to it. my electric bill was reasonable. The transition from previous owners to Morgan properties has not been without its problems these past few months. A little surprised with the size of Morgan Properties that their vendors leave a lot to be desired. That piece needs some work. Too many inconsistencies, lack of communication and unprofessionalism from some of the vendors. However the Woodlands is a great place to live. Recently toured this community with a friend. While we ended up renting at another community due to location preference, I wanted to take a moment to say how kind Taylor was during the tour. It almost felt like I had known her forever! She has a way of making you feel comfortable and you can tell she genuinely wants to help you. If our circumstances were different, we would have definitely moved forward with living at Woodlands because of her.
Look, Taylor, the Assistant Property Manager, and Mike from Maintenance, are fantastic. They have nothing to do with the change in corporate management. I would encourage anyone who has a problem with Morgan Properties beyond them to leave a review at their corporate address. That's what I did. As far as this property goes, again, the staff are wonderful. Mikes on top of everything. They're professional, courteous, and they're dealing with a lot of us as we go through this transition. I've been generally satisfied living here for the last 4 years. And mantinance staff are still great. Morgan properties really seemed to drop the ball in the acquisition. Which is why i wasnt renewing. Your now paying double the cost unless you intend to sign a year or longer lease with the same quality of apartment. Electric bills seem to have mysteriously doubled The app is meh with its bugs. (personally wasnt impressed with needing an app to use the laundromat.
