This place sucks don’t even waste your time. I was a resident here for two years. Everything was great the first year, but it all went downhill as soon as Morgan Properties took over. They absolutely butchered the place. You get no peace or quiet. The staff is constantly in your apartment every other week. The lady at the front desk sucks. I also witnessed multiple drug deals in the complex, and the cops were called on several occasions for domestic disputes with neighbors. SCAM!!!!! I wanted to live here. Looked at 2 different size apts. I filled out all of the paperwork and utilities. Somehow my payment was taken out of the wrong account. The office manager went from sweet the day before to threatening me and accusing me of writing a bad check and accused me of not having the money. I showed her my account had plenty of money in it. With no attempts to fix it she said I now owe them $3,800!!!! I decided to back out and handed her back the paperwork. She said that they PROSECUTE and it WILL go... read more
As others have said, since Morgan Properties has acquired this complex. There have been installations of multiple unnecessary amenities to apartments with the intention of greatly increasing the rent upon lease renewal or for new residents. The lack of communication to the existing tenants has been bad whenever new "improvements" are announced. Which is nothing more than a damn shame since the previous management company and employed staff (including Mike) were great.
I've been here for a few months now and very appreciative of various services and appliances. the sidewalks during the snowy weather were always well salted. Any maintenence concerns i had were handled in a timely manner. the heater and air conditioning unit works well to heat or cool my place and conserved energy. it is a bit loud but you get used to it. my electric bill was reasonable. The transition from previous owners to Morgan properties has not been without its problems these past few months. A little surprised with the size of Morgan Properties that their vendors leave a lot to be desired. That piece needs some work. Too many inconsistencies, lack of communication and unprofessionalism from some of the vendors. However the Woodlands is a great place to live.
