Terrible decision. You’ll be lucky if you can get something fixed or replaced within 6 months. Yes you heard right. Then what they try to charge for rent with their old style mildew mold rat infested complex and high managers and maintenance you minus well go pay for a condo. Do with my review what you will and woodlands don’t contact me saying you’d like to talk about it or fix it because when I lived there, there was no fixing anything, plus just for rent to keep climbing the longer you stay. Be so serious.
Ive lived here for a long time, been thru many different managers but the new people in the office, especially Jodi, has been incredibly helpful during a very difficult time in my life Im very grateful to have her at this time and hope to continue our relationship
Please replace the lightbulbs on your sign, so people can find the apartments at night. Also, these 500 sq ft apartments aren't worth $944 a month, my mortgage is cheaper than that. Get a quarter and buy a clue! </3
