Dr. Ellis is absolutely amazing - kind, caring, and attentive. However there seems to be a disconnect between doctors and the reception team. This is the second time they have called and scheduled an appointment for a follow-up without providing me with my test results. This is jarring and alarming to hear there is something wrong with me by needing to schedule a follow-up.
Dr. Malentacchi is the best there is. She is so personable and kind! My appointments are thorough. I never have to wait long to see Dr. Malentacchi. She also doesn’t argue if you need a referral for another specialist. I wanted to start mammograms early and she was supportive!
