From someone who happens to have personal knowledge of this particular facility, I must say that the staff who cares for the residents on a daily basis is wonderful, they provide good, quailty care and have a wonderful relationship with the residents. On the other hand the upper management is SHIT these individuals have a "me" attitude and have no sense of ethics whatsoever.
