I have to talk about Maria in the maintenance department. She is wonderful. She is so kind and makes sure the job (whatever it is) gets done. She is always pleasant and respectful. This complex needs more Marias! I can't speak for all of the workers but the ones I've come into contact with have been professional, respectful and pleasant.
It is a quiet place to live, clean and nice. The administration staff is very professional. I lived there 2 years ago and I come back because I love the warmth of the place.
Now I would like to address this maintenance issue because it’s widely known that these people have no care for the rules and regulations of the building with how they consistently walk in to peoples apartments without any notice nor permission to walk in. I never felt comfortable in my own space without putting the chain lock on the door or having someone else there when I was gone so these people wouldn’t steal anything.
