I just moved to Woodland Village a couple of days ago and I like the way I was treated by everyone. The receptionist in the leasing office was really kind to me and took into consideration everything I requested. I asked for a downstairs studio facing the courtyard and that s exactly what she she gave me. At signing se explained everything in my contract so that I would understand everything with no surprises. My cousin lived here for awhile and said that the new management really is on their game making this place fun and so I got to move-in January with a great deal and she got money off her rent for referring me. The office girls are really cute and professional and down to earth. I live in this cool courtyard right by the pool and spa which is always put together and everything is so clean you can tell everyone cares about our homes. we have community parties and bbqs with sand volleyball games on weekends and its right next t... read more
I couldnt be happier!!! There is a wonderful manager and leasing agent in the office and they care and theyve promised me theyll stay to look out for all of us residents. They also have parties and fun events for us too which makes this a real community. All of these negative reviews are so old and out-dated and not happening here its completely changed for good. These apartments are the worst!The Parking: You can never find parking at all, and many of the cars dont belong to the residentsNoise: OMG, its so loud.
