Management is super rude and unprofessional, they hung up on us mid call, if you want an apartment complex to respect you look elsewhere
Please do not waste your time on this place. Management is incredibly rude, unorganized, and unprofessional. She speaks over you and hangs up on people. It is incredibly hard to contact corporate, and management is often not in the office during office hours. The grounds are often dirty, as well as the pool. The dumpsters overflow. Maintenance hardly answers and has never returned our calls when we are sent to voicemail. So as someone living here right now I highly would not recommend we pay almost 1,200 plus not including Utilities to not even have assigned parking spots , so after paying my rent I come home to someone constantly in my spot and where do I park ? Vistor parking it doesn’t make sense… they claim the have a pool but a pool that doesn’t open till the end of summer almost. Lastly maintenance is hit or miss sometimes they on sometime they not. I’ve lived here for three years and it’s gotta be one of the most quiet apartments in Cincinnati. The staff is very polite and tend to any concerns or questions that you have. Maintenance is always on standby and fixes any problems that’s going on in your apartment. I recommend renting in this apartment complex complex.
I’ve been here 2 years and I love living here. Both Miss Ruth and Miss Marnica in the office are wonderful to work with and maintenance is always prompt. Any time I’ve reached out to those ladies they always are very courteous and willing to help with whatever you need!
