Very nice apartments and great management!
Great management and nice apartments.
Do not move here. You have to pay full month upon move out, $400 pet deposit paid at move-in will be non existent at the end of the lease. That money paid will not go towards cleaning, deodorizing, etc like the lease says. You will be charged for normal wear and tear for carpet no matter how clean or anything. I spend 3-4 hours cleaning the apartment after moving out so nothing would get charged. I am being charged $500 to replace carpet because my dog pissed on the carpet while living there, to which I cleaned it up. $50 fo... read more
