Dr. Schares is one of the nicest people! She truly cares about the animals, also. I have been bringing my cats there for years now. One of them was very ill a few years ago and she brought him back around after days of caring for him night and day.
She declawed my 2 cats about 3 years ago (which I now regret and will NEVER do to another kitty again😞) but she uses scalpes and glue.. she did a hack job and when I went to pick them up the towel in the kennel was all bloody... their paws were barely glued shut.. I sobbed and instantly regretted it. it’s now years later and my cats constantly bite at their toes.. they have callused by now and are very dark and hard. Threatening to put someone’s pet down because the owners are unable to pay the $400 fee that the vet racked up without notifying the owners beforehand. Very unprofessional and very illegal to put someone’s dog down because the owners weren’t notified about the extra costs that were being added.
Dr Schares and Becca were very quick to get my dog in this afternoon! Very caring and took good care of him!!
Sue and her staff are amazing. I was a first time client and she did everything she could to help save my babygurl but in the end she was just to sick. She even sent a personalized card that brought tears to my eyes. She is a prue soul and i thank her for the things she does. Will be moving all my furbabies to her care.
