We stayed there for a little over a year. Very convenient location. The staff was very friendly. Always responded to all our needs in a timely manner. Mark was always very helpful.
I lived in a Woodland Twin Homes duplex for 7+ years. Great locally owned company where the owners are active in answering questions and addressing maintenance issues as needed. I moved out of the area otherwise I'd have continued to rent from them.
I've been with them for roughly 5 years and they always treated me well, would definitely rent through Woodland Twin Homes if I ever had the opportunity to again.

We rented from Woodland Twin Homes for almost 2yrs and if it wasn't for location needs we would still be renting from them. Mark and Todd are great to work with, I became ill not long after moving to Wisconsin and was no longer able to work and these guys were incredible, Todd would even go so far as to shovel our porch steps in the winter when he would come plow our drive.
