Living here has truly been a nightmare and I cannot wait to move out of this place the water is disgusting the color of ice tea you can never get the maintenance man to do anything for you the heating bills are outrageous he makes up his own prices God only knows that I've been paying for two or three apartments every year the paint is peeling off the walls the mold has taken over my apartment and the fire department has now deemed it in habitable my suggestion is that this place gets condemned and I will do anything and eve... read more
What a nightmare! True the country setting is nice, but there is little to no maintenance of the grounds or buildings and so nearly everything is old, rotten or broken. The apartments are literally falling apart and the maintenance guy will never return your phone call, toilets don't work, nearly everyone's roof leaks because they rarely clean the gutters (there are small TREES growing in the gutters), water and mold dripping down the walls, you can wait a half a year or more to get an appliance replaced, and electrical surg... read more
Three words: Do It Yourself Heating is an absolute horror. Squirrels and mice infestation every building.
If you love nature, you will love Woodland. – Thank you to Woodland for five wonderful years. It's a beautiful place and there is nothing like it. Living there is like being in your own private environment, even though the supermarket is two miles away and Kingston is ten minutes down the road. My apartment was charming, clean, bright and everything was modern. I had a washer and dryer in the place and a beautiful deck looking out to the woods. Gracious country living- Best appartment find. – When I moved to Ulster county not wanting a private home, I thought I would have to settle for an asphalt jungle with views of cars and parking lots. What a pleasant surprize when I found Woodland. Woodland as the name suggests is about trees, gardens and forest. I believe there is over 40 acres; almost an acre per apartment.
