I called their parts department late in the afternoon on a Wednesday looking for a dome lid cover for my fantastic fan that had broken. This left me with a hole in the roof of the Airstream. Their parts department really came through by getting the order out quickly just before UPS had picked up for the day. The Service in the parts department is great. I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who helped me.
Just picked up our 22’ Caravel and couldn’t have been happier with the experience working with Woodland Airstream – Grand Rapids. Stopped in this morning to buy a new water heater anode rod. There was a person behind the counter as I walked in and also a young man who looked to be stocking shelves. I looked for the anode rod on the display racks and eventually found what I needed. Went to the counter and stood there for a good five minutes. Kind of peeked around a couple door openings for someone to help me. The boy stocking shelves totally ignored me also. I eventually placed the tod back on the rack and walked out. Very disappointed.
Just picked up a 27’ Globetrotter today and could not be happier with the entire experience. The team at Woodland was great to work with! Very professional and thorough.
