I called their parts department late in the afternoon on a Wednesday looking for a dome lid cover for my fantastic fan that had broken. This left me with a hole in the roof of the Airstream. Their parts department really came through by getting the order out quickly just before UPS had picked up for the day. The Service in the parts department is great. I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who helped me.
Just picked up our 22’ Caravel and couldn’t have been happier with the experience working with Woodland Airstream – Grand Rapids.
