Management here fails to communicate effectively, and is misleading, indirect, and unprofessional.
They tried to help with my repairs, but I left, after a week delay, with the job not yet complete.
Top notch dealership. The sales staff, manger and techs are all very nice. Would not hesitate to buy another RV here. We drive all the way from Connecticut to purchase here and glad we did.
Roman and Eric did an outstanding job of guiding through the trade-in of our old trailer, purchase of our new trailer, and the delivery. The service department ensured the new unit was ready to go. Plus, service provided great training on the new hitch. Roman was very helpful answering our questions during the familiarization walk through. This was our second purchase from Woodland in 4 years.
Always are available to help me out. Friendly people and staff members are great.
