I just got information I owe them money from 5 years ago and they contacted me 2 years after move out about stains UNDERNEATH the carpet and I asked why they were contacting me two years later and they said because ***** . BS. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Worst management ever and I will always talk about how much this place caused me soo much stress. (Im reading reviews and they do this to nearly everyone!)
Rent was reported to be $1074 per month. After signing and paying (over $500) for paperwork, we had to prove and guarantee 5 years rent ($64680) in savings as resource funds or 5 months rent ($5390) in income per month. Offer was made to pay whole year's rent ($14000) before moving in, but they refused offer and they then denied application without returning deposit or anything. I have all correspondence (emails, phone messages, contract copies) that I can share.
Moved out with 60 days notice - had apartment spotless, spent half a day bleach cleaning and cleaning the whole apartment. These crooks took my security deposit and charged me $700 for something i didn't do - "cleaning carpet - $75 ( i shampoo cleaned it when i left); sink -$35 ( kitchen sink was leaking and i submitted a ticket which they responded 2 weeks later and on the 3rd week fixed it), if it damaged something, how is that my issue? it was leaking after my first use (there was no visible damage when i left)- charge... read more
