I was locked out of my apartment on two occasions, it took a month for the broken dishwasher to be replaced, we were also told the front door and it’s frame would be replaced and it never was. I left the unit WAY cleaner and nicer than when I received it and I was informed I would get my full deposit back. It has been 6 months and I have still not yet received my security deposit even after multiple calls.
