Yes I wanted to do a review on this place my wife's friend is needing a place too live and her calls and emails are not getting returned too me that's rather rude and I can guarantee it's there previous manager causing this cause my wife's friend use too live there and the same people do not manage this or own it. I wouldn't let my own family rent to own off of these people if my life depended on it the worst the manager she is crooked and a liar and takes people's money and gives people a dump and unfixed home that needs repaired that the owner of it should have had it fixed before selling it not the greatest place too move too. Not at all happy with our experience. We have lived here for 4 years and I've put money into this trailor that I'll never see now she is claiming were not aloud to leave until the trailor is paid in full. She gave my cousins personal information out as she openly gave guys her court documents and social. I don't feel comfortable living here any more and I want out.
Yes they fix the mobile homes up to look nice to get people to want them but they don't fix major things that they know are wrong. They get ur huge down payment then after 30 days you are stuck pouring tons of money into fixing major problems. Because you are so called "buying" it is your responsibility to take care of all the problems you bought into. Yes they are trying to make changes to better the park. Not happy with the way I got stuck with a mobile home that the owner his self should have fixed it before allowing people to buy it. I fell in a hole due to the repairs and the electruc bill. I packed up all my stuff and moved out before the manager wanted more money for the next months rent. They took my money I got screwed. I spent over a grand on a dump.
