One of the weirder experiences. I paid on time. But it seemed like they wanted to push some of the people out that had been there for awhile. They threatened with lawyers almost every conversation. Usually over $60 fees. You have to pay $80 on there website just to pay rent. High end slum lords…. Slum lords none the less. It’s these nationwide “Managment companies that dehumanize and create. “Slums”. Now that I own a house in the area. I will push to vote out these type of companies to be aloud town land in the neighborhood.
Ive been to these properties a few times, Sherry and Terra in the office are always a pleasure to work with
My family and I have been residents for 4 years and I have nothing but good things about Daenan, Terra and Sherry. Their care for the residents and property is remarkable. Maintenence is very quick to fix issues and always respectful. Lawn care and winter weather treatments are outstanding. No “slumlords” here. It’s a great neighborhood for all ages.
My home is peaceful! The customer service is great! And i have a finished basement. Great place to start a family!
