This place is terribly rude. I called 3 weeks ago, and explained our unique situation. The situation was that my children’s ex was getting remarried and I wanted to move into the community to keep them in the same school. This was all to keep them doing well and continuing to strive. The homes take two weeks just to tell me they need notice to be given by my ex. They then immediately tell me “no we won’t be going with you” Might as well tell the entire community you don’t care about children or family. What horrible excuse f... read more

Overall, townhomes are decent. Lawn care is poor. I currently have dead weeds sprouting out along the end of my driveway and around the small tree. Random patches of grass alongside/in between the townhomes of areas that have been neglected. BARE MINIMUM is all they do and no additional edge work. They’ve tried to blame it on the pandemic and not being able to find “the man power to support the size of this community..” It was believable at first, but there are older reviews that mentioned lawn care needs improvement.
