Previous management was an issue, but new management (Robin) is professional, kind and understanding. Any bad review that is older than a year, ignore it. Those are associated with the previous management. I've subcontracted at this location installing floors for years, so I know the quality of the units and they are constantly working to improve the property. Probably the best prices in town! Pam and Carly are the " managers " for woodland town homes and cedar tree. I have never seen worse management in my life. I applied for rental assistance and pam doesn't do the paperwork that has been sent to her.. Office hours are from 9 to 2 and there never in the office. These people are a complete joke when it comes to management. They lie about everything. And don't care about the renters in the units. We loved the apartment complex. Always clean. Everyone is friendly. Never get bothered. Love the woodland townhomes!
