Right now, 08/17/2025 this apartment building is infested with bed bugs. There have been bed bugs in this building for at least five years now. Even though they have hired someone to treat the apartments, the guy lives in Chicago and does not always show up when he is supposed to, leaving too much time for these bugs to multiply. Not enough information going out to tenants on reporting and what they need to do about helping themselves. I like where this building is located and I like my neighbors ...the bedbugs not so much.
Mom couldn't me happier here.Attentive management& speedy maintenance. Neighbors are supporting of each other almost like a second family. Centrally located anywhere you want to go anywhere in this area and constant attention to those with needs of all types. They offer community get-togethers and I'm BBQs it's a great social network. Everyone looks out for everyone it's very impressive.
