Mom couldn't me happier here.Attentive management& speedy maintenance. Neighbors are supporting of each other almost like a second family. Centrally located anywhere you want to go anywhere in this area and constant attention to those with needs of all types. They offer community get-togethers and I'm BBQs it's a great social network. Everyone looks out for everyone it's very impressive.
Rules are archaic. 10 day eviction notices for income controlled elderly. Bldg 201 still has hole in wall with exposed clean out (they just sealed the wall after almost 2 years). Maintenance is non existent and the random monthly inspections are not looking at the maintenance shortfalls and only looking for rule violations. Sitting area in the back of the building was open to a patio area. They have locked the door and now individuals with walkers, hover rounds and other mobility equipment cant access the sitting area.
