Woodland Title was extremely unprofessional and entered a closing without disclosing information that they would be holding the sellers money inappropriately. Additionally, when asked why the money was being held, several different responses were given over a series of 4 days, where the company was very rude, sending the seller on a goose chase for their money that Woodland was holding onto. My daughter and son-in-law just used Woodland Title in Traverse City to close on the sale of their home and had a terrible experience. Woodland held the money from the closing for 4 extra days and were condescending and rude to them. They acted very unprofessional and I would recommend that you NOT use them for your property closing as a result. Only use companies that are professional and show respect to their clients!
