The complex is beautiful and has a chill vibe to it. It consists of 5 buildings all managed by the same property manager Lisa who has actually been a huge help accommodating our needs! When you have a conversation with Lisa you can tell she’s really passionate about the property and tenants who live on it. Me and my wife were lucky enough to see 3 units in 3 different buildings and they were all spacious and well kept! Initially, I was hesitant about the application process because it's done through Zillow & I wasn't familiar with it. Now that I've gone through the process, it's actually very easy, simple & efficient. Zillow does the solf credit check & confirm ur identity. Then the info is sent to the property manager for review without any sensitive info. Then a tour is scheduled & if u like the unit, u finish the process & u get the unit, simple as that. Worst management I’ve ever experienced in my life. When I first moved in I had no water, once management changed they stopped accepting online payments?? We live in 2024 so I’m not sure why. There are roaches and spiders everywhere which they do nothing about except put some gel that doesn’t work, in the last 2 months they’ve shut off the water 6 times, sometimes with a 2 hour notice other times with a 22 hour notice. Not sure why they can’t fix the problem within one day and they have to turn it off multiple times within th... read more

Do not live here, manager is completely absent never in office. Should have known since first day when the oven wasn’t even working. I wonder how many reviews they try to take down
