This place is pretty great, I have few complaints and they're mostly nitpicky; or specific to me. I don't really consider things like aesthetics to be of priority, most places I've lived in are roughly the same; even in detroit. So it's easier to mention negatives. The price of the rent here is really good, for both the area and in general. Maintenance is also really good. Ultimately I highly recommend this place. I'm a long time resident (10+ years) who just moved out. Honestly, I still miss the place -- Great price, great location, spacious floor plans and responsive, attentive staff! They've taken care of me for a long time and it's hard to do better than Woodland Springs Manor!
