I visited the Woodland office for the first time since moving here. I was seen by Dr Nguyen and I found her to be very sincere, honest and caring. For the first time, I felt comfortable and not ashamed to discuss my dental issues. One of the main reasons why I didn’t like dentist was because of the costs associated with dental procedures. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because of the girls in the back who do xrays, have really great customer service. I was highly disappointed with this place because they are extremely expensive. I have delta dental and I've never had to pay for a copay and I was charged $50 for the visit. They were trying to charge me out of pocket for a crown over $1000. I understand businesses have to make money but this place is ridiculous with their prices!! Very disappointing. Woodland Smiles Dentistry provided me with the best dental care experience! Professional, courteous, friendly and great staff. Adrian took the time to explain insurance co-pays and was very helpful answering all my questions. Dr. Jessica Nguyen takes the time to explain what needs to be done. The attention to detail in patient care during my cleaning is excellent! Dental hygienists was excellent as well. Dr. Nguyen and her staff goes beyond the stars. I'm definitely coming here for all my future dental needs.
Everybody in the whole team is really happy, helpful, and friendly. Dr Bianca Macchiarella is very knowledgeable, happy and always a great spirit and helpful. Dr. B and Tysh are definitely a godsend! Very nice people and probly the fastest in the dentist game! When they lean me back in the chair I feel like how maybe a nascar car driver feels when they pull over for a pit stop during a race, IN AND OUT!! Sometimes they even sing while drilling on my teeth 😊 (both can sing really good) Thank you both for all you do, God bless
