My mom has been independent her whole life but as she's been getting older we knew she needed to move into an apartment with some assistance available. The staff was rude.my family member had an office worker call me because she couldn't stop crying. The worker told my family member to "shut up, She picked up," thinking I hadn't hear it. My family member decided to sign out and the staff was making bets outside her room. Betting if she was going to make it or not like her recovery/life was a game. Woodland Staff took impeccable care of my mother who was 101, very caring people!
Had an interview with Ruth this morning, in regard to a regional nurse position. The position was for 3 different locations, one being in Pine River. I was informed that you would get your schedule in 1 week in advance and the days and shifts would vary and if accepted, the nurse would have to agree to 2 different shift times (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) - weekends and holidays included. There would be no work life balance with this position.
