Yes nice quiet place everyone minds to them selves.
AVOID THIS PLACE – LIVED HERE FOR A WHILE AND I HATE THIS PLACE. CHILDREN MAKE A BUNCH OF NOISE OUTSIDE AT THE PLAYGROUND PEOPLE ARE SUPPOSE TO BE IN THEIR HOME AT 10:00 PM BUT NO ONE GOES INSIDE , SO THEY STAY UP TILL LIKE 1:00 OR 2:00 AM MAKING NOISE ITS HARD TO GET SLEEP. THE PARKING BAD HERE WHEN I MOVED IN THEY PUT UP PARKING SIGNS SAYING RESERVED PARKING FOR LONG TERMS RESIDENTS I THINK SIGNING A YEAR LEASE IS LONG TERM. Living in the G H E T T O – I was reading the prior rating and I just have to agree. Management is definately a joke! The neighbors around here make this complex look like we're living in a very low income housing area. Teenagers running around wild causing problems, breaking things, disrespecting adults, making out with their "boyfriend/girlfriends" looking like they're almost having s e x out at the playground. WORST PLACE TO LIVE – Management is a joke. Suppose to be a family oriented place to live but seems like we're living in the g h e t t o. No parent supervision outdoors, kids from all ages starting at 3 yrs old up to 13-14. Playing in washeteria and breaking windows, etc. I'm sure rent will go up soon. Report things to the office and absolutely nothing gets done. Undrivable cars parked for a year and still sitting there. Management is called and it's still sitting there.
