My apartment is great, nice neighborhood friendly neighbors. BUT no one is ever in the office no time of the day… it’s currently Wednesday 10:20 and I’m trying to pay my rent and no one is in the office. Especially when I get off at 530 when I get to the office it’s already closed before 6. The maintenance of these apartments lately is terrible, I have two days in my apartment with the air damaged and they still don't know how to give an answer in the meantime I have to put up with the heat with the temperatures as they are because the general air of the apartment does not work and they put a temporary air in the room that makes too much noise and my little baby does not sleep as a result neither do we in these two days having a bad night, I do not recommend moving here

I set up a tour here for 2:30 to look at their units. We arrived at 2:15 to see the trash overflowing in the front of the neighborhood. We went to the leasing office and the sign said they were open but the door was locked with no one inside. A maintenance man came and unlocked the door but did not allow us inside and then he left. We waited outside for 45 mins and no one ever came so we left. Very unprofessional and will not be rescheduling a tour again.
