Jennifer was very nice and took care of ant issues.
Went today to do a tour and didnt even manage to get one. Talked to abother couple in the lobby and they informed me they had been waiting for 3 hours trying to move in. Told me all I needed to know about management and the future issues I'd have if I decided to live here.
yoselyn was very vey helpful she made the process really easy and i did have a lot of questions and she had no problem answering them all. really sweet would definitely recommend her to someone that was looking for an apartment complex
My original review was miraculously deleted. Here it is again- Awful customer service. Came here looking for a one bedroom. Sign on door said “on tour” even though the leasing team was inside and multiple people were going in and out. I go inside and the employee to the left barely made eye contact, seemed inconvenienced that I was even there, barely even said hello. The lack of customer service was enough for me to leave.
