RecommendedWoodland Pond is a truly amazing place. The staff genuinely care about their residents and go above and beyond. Even the housekeeping staff know the residents and ask about them and their family. I cannot begin to express my appreciation to all the dedicated staff in skilled nursing. They advocate for their patients and keep family updated on every detail. Hands down, they deserve their 5 star U.S News and World Reports rating!
All the care and attention my mother received while staying there for rehab has been excellent. From the PT, dietician, social worker and excellent care from nurses and aides has gone above and beyond. It is also a beautiful facility with amazing grounds and views. I'm thankful she was able to stay there after surgery and receive top quality care. Thank you to all the staff that was patient and genuinely kind.
It’s lovely place for seniors to live a full and active live with the support and care from staff, friends and family .
I have lived at Woodland Pond for six years and found the environment very stimulating. I keep up with all my hobbies and I learn something new every year. Birdwatching, painting, bell ringing, chess, bridge, rummy cubes, the Pondalears choir, aerobic swimming lessons, the list goes on and on. My family loves to come here and eat - epically Sunday brunch and we've had several family birthday parties, showers and special events. As a deliriously happy, two-year resident of Woodland Pond, I am astounded at the vituperative review posted today by somebody who is obviously very unhappy. Her claims are diametrically opposite to my own experience. In fact, when asked what I like best about this place, I answer that “Woodland Pond is a work in progress.” It is a community where each of us is listened to and in which we see our suggestions acted upon.
