Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Brought my 3 kids here for the first time a few weeks ago and they instantly felt comfortable. They were so excited to see their names on the welcome sign and also liked that they got to choose their toothpaste flavor. Those little things make a difference ! Dr Sheh & the staff were so kind. She really took the time to explain things to me and was understanding of my son’s sensory sensitivities. I was worried about my 2 yr old’s first dentist visit, but everyone at Woodland Pediatric made it far better than I could’ve imagined! Everyone was so welcoming and made my son feel comfortable and he let the doctor perform his exam while he wore the “sunglasses” they gave him and watched “cars” on the tv. The doctor gave me a thorough run down of his teeth and answered all of my questions. I cannot thank them enough for making his first visit so smooth for both of us!
We switched over from another local peds practice and wish I had done so sooner!! Dr. Sheh was amazing with my 7yo and 5yo— she actually took the time to educate me on what to anticipate/do. My son has a horrible gag reflex and when he was struggling, Dr Sheh jumped in and helped put him at ease. She told him that she would notate in his chart his preferences next time so he is comfortable. Love when doctors speak directly to the kids about their care! We’ve had such a wonderful experience here! Every time we go, we are the only ones. She has perfectly engaged my two-year-old who was anxious at first, but then was so excited about the process. Highly recommend!
We LOVE Woodland! Our girls get so excited to go and they have been kind to work with us with our limited coverage. The atmosphere and staff are always so welcoming and brighten our day. Thank you for always treating us so well!
