The only thing that makes the stars is Michelle she’s awesome! But otherwise they are don’t care for my needs well. One time when my daughter had gone the hygienist asked if I wanted her to have X-rays and I said sure and they put it in her mouth and she said no. Then the hygienist says “Oh cmon I do this to 5yo. I’m not one to complain, but I feel like my most recent experience here should be shared, as I don’t want anyone having to go through something similar. This dental office just hasn’t been the same since Dr. Chow and Dr. Ferrari left. Since they left, I’ve had a different Dentist every time, and the only long time hygienist left there is Michelle (who is great). Another fantastic experience at the best dental clinic in the tri-cities. From the moment I walked in, Alima, Basira and Niomi were so welcoming, great mood and very professional. Kim cleans my teeth to perfection with great care and technique. Great visit all around. Thank you so much!
Both the doctor and the hygienists were kind, helpful, and informative. I’ve only had two visits so far, but I’m already VERY glad I made the switch from my previous dental office. For one, they offer direct billing and even prevented me from paying for unnecessary work previously quoted by another dentistry. Integrity goes a long way. The front desk staff were also very friendly! All-in-all, I would highly recommend this office. P.S. There’s free coffee too ☕️ (I know that’s a make-or-break for some of you!)
