We've been here since January of 2023. The first couple of years were great. Maintenance is always on top of work orders. The parking is terrible. The lawn care used to be amazing, but has really gone down hill. The management is ok, not as friendly as it used to be. They pressure you to resign your lease way to early. Overall the complex has become a bit run down. The price for rent continues to go up, but no improvements have been made. They do try to host tenant functions, so that is nice.
We used the clubhouse for a birthday party and was very impressed with the quality and the amount of space that was able to be utilized. Communicating and scheduling with the staff was very easy. Great experience!
Although I only lived here for three months, my experience was excellent. The apartment is well-managed, very safe, and has complete facilities. The manager is especially kind and always willing to answer questions, which made me feel very comfortable living here.
A beautiful community with an incredible service team! I am very proud to partner with this community as a MRO supplier with Chadwell Supply.
We just recently moved here and we are loving it so far! This is my fiancé and I’s first apartment together and we couldn’t have chosen better. Cheyenne in the office is awesome and has helped us make our move in process smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this complex if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable home.
