Cheyenne was very helpful and communicative as I navigate selling my home and moving to an apartment. Helped with any issues I had during the application process, and were amazing in answering all my questions. They really made the process easier
We've been here since January of 2023. The first couple of years were great. Maintenance is always on top of work orders. The parking is terrible. The lawn care used to be amazing, but has really gone down hill. The management is ok, not as friendly as it used to be. They pressure you to resign your lease way to early. Overall the complex has become a bit run down. The price for rent continues to go up, but no improvements have been made. They do try to host tenant functions, so that is nice.
