My experience from the moment I walked in to the main office was great! Cheyenne was friendly and helpful, the place is really nice and the application process was quick and easy. I am excited to become a member of the area!
So far we have had nothing short of a fantastic experience with staff here. We are planning to move in next month and everyone has been so helpful. The apartment community is very clean and very well taken care of which is the primary reason we chose this place. Manny and Cheyenne have been very accommodating and helpful.
We have worked with Timberland Partners/Woodland for close to a decade. They are great partners to work with, communicate well, and hold up their end of the deal.
I recently had the pleasure of living at woodland park apts, and I can confidently say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and well-kept amenities that made every day feel like a retreat.
This place is quiet, secluded, and just adorable. My move in experience was seamless and the staff here is so friendly and helpful. Superb and really top notch service! Everything is clean, maintenance is attentive and effective. I can’t wait to enjoy summers by the pool. Just walking distance to an awesome grocery and located in the Arts District. This might be the place!
