This is a great place to live. Great location, really nice and affordable apartments. Maintenance has always been helpful and quick to respond to any issue I've had.
Warning you may not want to rent from this complex Woodland Park. Even if you are a very good tenant and follow the rules all they want is your money! Maintenance only halfway fixed s*** and they have to keep coming back because they weren't skilled to get it done the first time. Always making broken promises and no fulfillment. But they have to send out reminders every month for you not to forget to pay your rent.
