It's a nice quiet place to live people keep to themselves kids play outside and are very respectful I will say the park needs a little work but it's better than no park at all
I had a very disappointing experience with the new apartment manager for 2024-2025. She scheduled the mandatory walkthrough for a Saturday, but since she wouldn’t be available, I was asked to come in the following Monday instead. Never live there .Was helping someone try to get a place there. I was their counselor. They had me on the phone when they call to ask a question about the income limits and why they were denied. I didnt say anything The person was very rude and being disrespectful and smart with her. Just because a persons in need or low income or section 8 you should still treat people with the same respect you want.
