The new owners have made a big difference. The new management is really nice what a difference of night and Day from a year ago. You can tell they are making a huge effort into changing people's experiences living there. Nice to see that they care.
When I set up appointments to speak with management about rent, maintenance, or other issues that I have, my needs are professionally addressed with proper timing and care. Thanks Maccrae!
The staff at Woodland Park has been super friendly and informative when answering any of my questions!
I recently moved in to Woodland Park Apts back in April of 2025. HBG Management has been so easy to work with. Maccrae is friendly and very easy to communicate your issues and concerns with. He is thoughtful and willing to stay late just to get an issue solved. Sharice is very straight forward and about business which I love in a manager. She doesn't put up with nonsense and is making sure that the property is looking it's best and everyone is following the rules.
