DO NOT!!! I repeat DO NOT rent from these people at the ranch (FPI Management)!! They are new owners recently taken over what use to be called woodland oaks. They are nothing but money hungry crooked don't care at all about community shellfish and so dishonest! My children and I were left homeless because our landlord needed his home back after 11 years of living and raising my children there. I was scared and unable to find a place, after many application fees and pounding the pavement we came to The Ranch where Priscilla greeted my son and I with such a warm and friendly vibe and was very helpful , not to mention she responded to my every and many emails and phone calls and there were a-lot!
