The delivery driver did not check with me regarding where the gravel should be dumped. Instead, he saw the blue tarp and assumed that was the desired location. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the delivery process and would have appreciated being consulted before the gravel was unloaded. Sigh

Called for 2 yards of garden soil for some raised beds and had a great experience. Paul answered, answered my questions, and when I mentioned that the beds were right off the driveway, he said he’d try to get someone out before they closed and the rains came this evening. He told me he’d send Kyle because “if anyone can do it, he can” Kyle called when he was on his way, and expertly backed right up to my beds and dumped about half the load directly into each one. I didn't buy any product from them. But my truck became stranded right beside the company, and the manager helped me, a total stranger, without any hesitation. So I can imagine they treat their customers very well.
