Scheduling my service appointment was easy and timely. Once at the dealership, at my appointment time, I was greeted quickly by a friendly service agent, and he was able to start the process. I waited in the waiting room and had a cup of good coffee. My truck was ready to go at the estimated time +- 5 minutes. This why I take my truck into the dealer for service; easy and timely.

Bought a truck in July of 2024. The purchase process was not great and the finance person seemed pretty arrogant. I could only really laugh when I was told it takes "thousands" to recondition a used vehicle (that was not certified either) and only had a little over 10k miles on it. Getting just an oil change and an air filter change after it was traded in. I'm sure some vehicles do but absolutely not this one.
