Your service department should be able to put on new license plates, which should include the front license plate holder. It's a new 2019 Buick. No, I did not buy the car from you. I bought the car in Texas. Does it matter? It still has to have a front license plate. It does, however, have a bumper to bumper warranty with less than 2500 miles. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Picked out my truck online and worked out a deal over the phone. Prab had the paperwork drawn up before I arrived. Took the truck for a test drive and then he set up all the features. In and out in about 2 hours. Best experience ever.

Do your customers know that your mechanics are routinely taking their customer vehicles home to apparently diagnose vehicle problems? Are the customers aware that the mechanic is off the clock, leaving no business liability for potential damage, theft that may occur to the vehicle while off the company premises?
