Here for almost 4 years. I am a mental health counselor and run a national charity for wounded veterans, and love Ann Arbor. Worst experience ever - 3 million in improvements? Where? Raised rent in pandemic $200 per month and never fixed dangerous dog park with holes, potholes with deteriorating conditions - inside of apartments - and POOR security with numerous cars vandalized over and over. Refused to follow laws of rights of disabled tenants and left car in spot while their hired roofers dropped shingles and tools on cars... read more
