First-time massage at the advice and referral from my chiropractor. Having long held the view that massage is somehow "not manly," I was impressed. 18 weeks of serious commitment and training to run a marathon in 17 days had left my legs with multiple areas of pain and fatigue. After an hour with Caroline, so much of that tightness that haunts me on the long runs and pushes me to run through the pain feels released. Will schedule another session if time permits but feeling good heading into race day. Highly recommend!
Carrie did such a great job on my prenatal massage. She listens to what your problem areas are and is very intentional about all of her movements to make sure you leave feeling so much better than when you came. I also loved the atmosphere of the room! Thanks again!
Best massage ever. She is well trained in her field. It’s relaxing and soothing
