Emma the Manager at Woodland Manor , she is very helpful , very quick fixing the situation or problem. She is always smiling. She is very respectful to the tenants. Never had a problem with her :) she always has a good attitude:)
Apartment complex is very conveniently located next to schools, grocery stores, etc. the manager Emma is extremely sweet, takes care of any concerns you may have and maintenance is quickly taken care of.
Hoban management is horrible! Bugs all over the apartment , rents goes up every 6 month! And they sue tan at left and right! If you don’t want to be suid don’t rent from Hoban management! They sue few tanant in one month! Horrible complaint to rent from
