They operate in bad faith and only care about their cut of the money. They did not disclose specific comps in the area, that drastically affect the price of property I was interested in. Asked to terminate buyer’s agreement, and they vehemently refused. Take your business elsewhere.

I called and left a message and I got a text back in response to my energetic search for a new property management company, they told me with a laugh that they only help people buy and sell homes. You make it HARD for people NOT to like you! Our first experience with the Raasch Team at Woodland Lakes Realtors was a dozen years ago, when my wife and I, not knowing anything about the market realities of water frontage Real Estate in Oneida County, brought them our dreams and hopes and they did the rest.
